By accessing or using Yuta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Yuta is a personal health and wellness tracking app intended for informational and lifestyle support purposes. Features may include habit tracking, Apple Health integration, nutrition logging, calorie and nutrient calculations, barcode lookup, camera-assisted food recognition, Yuta Chat, reminders, progress tools, gamification, and subscriptions.

3. Medical and Nutrition Disclaimer

Yuta is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Nutrition, calorie, barcode, image analysis, and Yuta Chat outputs are estimates or informational guidance only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify important information and consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical, dietary, or safety decisions.

4. Yuta Chat and AI-Assisted Features

Yuta Chat and AI-assisted nutrition tools may generate responses from your prompts, attachments, and selected app context. You are responsible for deciding whether information is appropriate for your situation. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or sensitive third-party content that you are not authorized to use.

5. Account and Usage Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information where requested.
  • Use the app lawfully and do not abuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Maintain reasonable security of your device and account access.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Yuta may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple via your App Store account and Apple billing terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Yuta branding, software, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yuta is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where misuse, abuse, or serious violations of these terms are detected.

10. Updates to Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
