Yuta is a health and wellness application operated under yemekbul.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and how users can manage their data.

2. Data We Process

  • Profile information you provide in the app (for example display name and selected preferences).
  • Health and fitness records you choose to track (for example steps, sleep, workouts, hydration).
  • Nutrition records you create, including meals, calories, macronutrients, nutrient values, food items, and barcodes.
  • Photos, camera captures, file attachments, and related metadata that you choose to submit for food recognition, nutrition analysis, stickers, sharing, or Yuta Chat.
  • Yuta Chat content, including messages, conversation history, selected attachments, and limited app context you choose to use for guided responses.
  • Service and security data required to keep the app stable, secure, and functional.

3. How We Use Data

  • Provide core app features (tracking, progress views, reminders, subscription state, nutrition logging, barcode lookup, food search, and calorie or nutrient calculations).
  • Process Yuta Chat prompts, attachments, and optional health or nutrition context so the app can return relevant wellness and routine guidance.
  • Analyze food photos or packaging images when you choose to use camera-assisted nutrition features.
  • Maintain account and device-level app functionality.
  • Protect service integrity, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot operational issues.

4. Apple Health and Permissions

If you grant permission, Yuta may read and/or write selected health metrics through Apple Health. You can revoke permissions at any time from iOS Settings.

5. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

Yuta is designed with local-first storage and uses reasonable technical safeguards, including encrypted storage patterns and secure transport where applicable. Some features, including Yuta Chat, food search, barcode lookup, nutrition calculation, image analysis, subscriptions, and platform infrastructure, may require data to be processed by remote services. We retain data only as needed for app operation, legal obligations, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, and user-requested features such as export/import. When retention is no longer required, data is deleted or de-identified according to operational constraints.

6. Third-Party Processors

We may use service providers required for operation, including subscription infrastructure, hosting, analytics or diagnostics where enabled, AI/chat processing, file storage, and food or nutrition data services. We do not sell personal data.

7. International Transfers

Where third-party infrastructure is used, data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country. In such cases, we apply contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal data.

8. Your Rights and Controls

  • Manage app permissions in iOS Settings.
  • Use in-app data management flows where available (export/reset).
  • Delete supported local records such as nutrition logs or Yuta Chat history where the app provides controls.

9. Children

Yuta is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
